Ball screw assembly
Rexroth ball screw assemblies provide the constructor with manifold possibilities for solving transport and positioning tasks with driven spindle or also driven nut. No matter whether highest linear velocities, maximum load ratings or minimum construction lengths, you will always find the perfect solution.

Rexroth Ball Screw Assemblies do not only work with greater levels of accuracy and at higher speeds, they can also be supplied at very short notice. A wide range of precision screws and preloaded or adjustable-preload single and double nuts is available for all feeding, positioning and conveying tasks.
Screw Assembly with Front Lubrication Unit
The new Rexroth VSE front lubrication unit for screw drives in diameters of 20, 25, 32 and 40 offers the lowest Total Cost of Ownership: without maintenance attention or central lubrication it provides optimum lubrication for up to 300 million revolutions or 5 years of operation in normal conditions.

Planetary screw assembly
With the planetary screw assemblies, Rexroth enters the top screw assembly performance classes. The powerful drive elements are particularly suitable for use in the construction of medium- and heavy-duty machinery like presses, machine tools and plastic injection molding machines.

Using the PLSA Planetary Screw Assemblies, Rexroth extends the area of application of their screw assemblies by the fast movement of high loads.
In Planetary Screw Assemblies, several planets are positioned rotation-symmetrically in one nut. They rotate parallel to the axis around a rolled threaded spindle and generate a linear motion.
The numerous construction-inherent contact surfaces lead to high axial stiffness and load-bearing capacity and thus allow for a long service life. PLSAs achieve highest positioning accuracy and repeatability even with minimum travel movements.
